1.1<\/strong> The sale on the Site represents a distance selling contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (Section 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 on e-commerce.<\/p>

1.2<\/strong> The General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales processed by the Seller on the Site. The terms are calculated considering only working days and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.<\/p>
